Fishing in Alaska
The Bristol Bay area in Southwest Alaska offers a wide variety of sportfishing, which means you’re in for the angler experience of a lifetime. It isn’t unusual for anglers to catch from five to eight species of fish during a week’s fishing adventure. During the Alaskan fishing season, plan on casting your line for King, Silver, Pink, Sockeye, and Chum Salmon, Northern Pike, Rainbow and Lake Trout, Artic Char, and Artic Grayling depending on what’s in season.

Weather & Travel
As the saying goes, “If you don’t like the weather, just wait a few minutes.” That couldn’t be truer than here in the Bristol Bay area of Southwest Alaska. Summer weather can vary from a sunny day in the mid-seventies to a cool, rainy day in the mid-forties. That’s why you should bring clothing that can be layered so you can add or subtract layers as the weather changes. Anglers will travel to Anchorage, Alaska, and from there, they will charter directly into the camp.
